Patty Duke (* December 14, 1946 in Queens; † March 29, 2016 in Coeur d'Alene) was an american actress. She was 69 years old. She was married to Harry Falk and John Astin. She received 8 awards, including Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, Theatre World Award. Her cause of death was sepsis. She was buried at North Acton Cemetery.
