Paul Goma (* October 2, 1935 in Mana; † March 25, 2020 in Paris) was a romanian writer. He was 84 years old. His education included University of Bucharest, "Mihai Eminescu" School of Literature and Literary Criticism and Radu Negru National College. His faith was Romanian Orthodox Church. His awards include honorary citizen of Timișoara and Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. His cause of death was COVID-19. He was buried at Cimetière parisien de Thiais.
