Percy Sledge (* November 25, 1941 in Leighton; † April 14, 2015 in Baton Rouge) was an american singer. He was 73 years old. His faith was Baptists. He was awarded the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His cause of death was liver cancer. He was buried at Heavenly Gates Cemetery.
