Biography
Peter Benchley (* May 8, 1940 in New York City; † February 11, 2006 in Princeton) was an american author. He was 65 years old. He was married to Wendy Benchley. His education included Harvard University, Phillips Exeter Academy and Allen-Stevenson School. He was awarded the New Jersey Hall of Fame. His cause of death was lung disease. He was buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
