Phan Văn Khải (* December 25, 1933 in Củ Chi; † March 17, 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City) was a vietnamese politician. He was 84 years old. He was married to Nguyễn Thị Sáu. He studied at Moscow State University Faculty of Economics. His awards include Order of José Martí, Order of the Rising Sun and Order of Diplomatic Service Merit.
