Biography
Pierre Granier-Deferre (* July 27, 1927 in 9th arrondissement of Paris; † November 16, 2007 in 16th arrondissement of Paris) was a french film director. He was 80 years old. He was married to Annie Fratellini and Susan Hampshire. He studied at Institut des hautes études cinématographiques. His awards include Louis Delluc Prize and César Award for Best Adaptation. He was buried at Auteuil Cemetery.
