Ramiz Alia (* October 18, 1925 in Shkodër; † October 7, 2011 in Tirana) was a former First Secretary of the Party of Labour of Albania, 1st President of the Republic of Albania. He was 85 years old. His faith was atheism. He was awarded the Order of Skanderbeg. His cause of death was lung disease.
