Richard H. Truly (* November 12, 1937 in Fayette; † February 27, 2024 in Genesee) was an american astronaut and NASA administrator. He was 86 years old. His education included U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and Georgia Tech. His awards include Presidential Citizens Medal and United States Astronaut Hall of Fame.
