Rick James (* February 1, 1948 in Buffalo; † August 6, 2004 in Los Angeles) was an american singer, songwriter and record producer. He was 56 years old. His education included Bennett High School and Orchard Park High School. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
