Robert B. Parker (* September 17, 1932 in Springfield; † January 18, 2010 in Cambridge) was an american crime writer. He was 77 years old. His education included Boston University, Colby College and Boston University College of Arts and Sciences. He received 5 awards, including Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Novel, Gumshoe Awards. His cause of death was myocardial infarction.
