Roh Moo-hyun (* September 1, 1946 in Bongha Village; † May 23, 2009 in Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital) was a 16th President of the Republic of Korea. He was 62 years old. He was married to Kwon Yang-sook. His education included Jin Young Daechang Elementary School, Jinyeong Middle School and Gaesung High School. His faith was Catholicism. His awards include Collar of the Spanish Order of the Civil Merit, Order of Independence and Order of Civil Merit. His cause of death was suicide by jumping from height.
