Biography
Rose Mofford (* June 10, 1922 in Globe; † September 15, 2016 in Phoenix) was a first woman Governor and the first woman Secretary of State. She was 94 years old. She studied at Globe High School. She was awarded the 48 Arizona Women. Her cause of death was falling from height. She was buried at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
