Ruth Ann Minner (* January 17, 1935 in Milford; † November 4, 2021 in Milford) was an american politician and businesswoman. She was 86 years old. She studied at Delaware Technical Community College. She was awarded the Hall of Fame of Delaware Women. Her cause of death was falling from height.
