Satoru Iwata (* December 6, 1959 in Sapporo; † July 11, 2015 in Kyoto) was a japanese video game programmer and businessman. He was 55 years old. His education included Tokyo Institute of Technology and Hokkaido Sapporo Minami High School. His cause of death was cholangiocarcinoma.
