Shirley Knight (* July 5, 1936 in Goessel; † April 22, 2020 in San Marcos) was an american actress. She was 83 years old. She was married to John Hopkins and Gene Persson. Her education included Wichita State University and HB Studio. Her awards include Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series and Volpi Cup for Best Actress.
