Biography
Sirimavo Bandaranaike (* April 17, 1916 in Baḷangoḍa; † October 10, 2000 in Kadawatha) was a prime Minister of Ceylon (later Sri Lanka) from 1960–65, 1970–77, 1994–2000. She was 84 years old. She was married to S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike. She had at least 1 child (1 son). She studied at St Bridget's Convent, Colombo. Her faith was Theravāda. Her cause of death was myocardial infarction.
