Stefan Heym (* April 10, 1913 in Chemnitz; † December 16, 2001 in Ein Bokek) was a german writer. He was 88 years old. He was married to Gertrude Heym. He studied at University of Chicago. He was awarded the Jerusalem Prize. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Weißensee Cemetery.
