Steven Joel Sotloff (* May 11, 1983 in Miami; † September 2, 2014 in Syrian Desert) was an american journalist. He was 31 years old. His education included University of Central Florida, Reichman University and Kimball Union Academy. His faith was Judaism. He was awarded the Conscience-in-Media Award. His cause of death was decapitation.
