Taihō Kōki (* May 29, 1940 in Poronaysk; † January 19, 2013 in Tokyo) was a japanese sumo wrestler and the 48th Yokozuna. He was 72 years old. He received 4 awards, including Medal with Purple Ribbon, Order of Merit (Ukraine), 3rd class. His cause of death was heart failure.
