Tibor Benedek (* July 12, 1972 in Budapest; † June 18, 2020 in Budapest) was a hungarian water polo player and coach. He was 47 years old. He was married to Panni Epres. He studied at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. He received 6 awards, including Officer's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit, Commander Cross of the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic. His cause of death was pancreatic cancer.
