Vangelis (* March 29, 1943 in Agria; † May 17, 2022 in Paris) was a greek composer. He was 79 years old. His education included Athens School of Fine Arts and Lycée Léonin. He received 4 awards, including Academy Award for Best Original Score, Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
