Biography
Wendy Wasserstein (* October 18, 1950 in Brooklyn; † January 30, 2006 in Manhattan) was an american playwright. She was 55 years old. Her education included City College of New York, Yale University, Yale School of Drama, Mount Holyoke College, Calhoun School and Yeshivah of Flatbush. She received 10 awards, including Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Rome Prize. Her cause of death was lymphoma.
