Zakir Hussain (* March 9, 1951 in Mumbai; † December 15, 2024 in San Francisco) was an indian tabla player, musical producer, film actor, and composer. He was 73 years old. His education included St. Xavier's College and University of Washington. He received 9 awards, including Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri in arts.
