Biography of Abba P. Schwartz

Abba P. Schwartz (* 1. January 1916; † 1. January 1989) was an american Assistant Secretary of State. He was 73 years old. His education included Harvard Law School and Walsh School of Foreign Service. He was awarded the Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
