Adam Negrusz (* 24. December 1921 in Lviv; † 22. March 1994) was a polish mechanical engineer. He was 72 years old. He studied at Silesian University of Technology. He worked at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Medal of the National Education Commission.
