Agehananda Bharati (* 20. April 1923 in Vienna; † 14. May 1991) was an austrian academic. He was 68 years old. His education included University of Vienna and Akademisches Gymnasium. He worked at Syracuse University, University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University, University of Tokyo, Kyoto University and University of Washington. His faith was Hinduism. He was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship. His cause of death was brain cancer.
