Alan Rath (* 1. January 1959 in Cincinnati; † 27. October 2020 in Oakland) was an american pioneer of electronic, kinetic, and robotic sculpture. He was 61 years old. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
