Alasdair Gray (* December 28, 1934 in Glasgow; † December 29, 2019 in Queen Elizabeth University Hospital) was a scottish writer and artist. He was 85 years old. His education included Glasgow School of Art and Whitehill Secondary School. His awards include Guardian Fiction Prize and Saltire Awards. His cause of death was pneumonia.
