Biography of Aleksandr Koblikov

Aleksandr Koblikov (* 3. June 1924 in Kaluga Uyezd; † 11. December 2001) was a russian scientist. He was 77 years old. He studied at Red Army Military Law Academy. He received 7 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Star.
