Alex Tizon (* 30. October 1959 in Manila; † 23. March 2017 in Eugene) was an american writer, journalist, professor. He was 57 years old. His education included Stanford University and University of Oregon. He worked at Los Angeles Times, The Seattle Times and University of Oregon. His awards include Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting and Asian/Pacific American Awards for Literature.
