Biography of Alexander Alexandrowitsch Iljinski

Alexander Alexandrowitsch Iljinski (* 24. January 1859 in Pushkin; † 23. February 1920 in Moscow) was a russisch-sowjetischer Komponist und Hochschullehrer. He was 61 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg Conservatory. He worked at Russian Institute of Theatre Arts and Moscow Conservatory. His awards include People's Artist of the RSFSR and USSR State Prize. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
