Alexander Greendale (* 25. May 1910 in Chicago; † 21. August 1981 in New York City) was an american writer. He was 71 years old. His education included Stanford University, University of Hawaiʻi System, Adelphi University, University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign and Northwestern University. He worked at Adelphi University and Brooklyn Children's Museum. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
