Biography of Alexander Grigorjewitsch Wologdin

Alexander Grigorjewitsch Wologdin (* 28. February 1896 in Solikamsky Uyezd; † 28. September 1971 in Moscow) was a russischer Geologe und Paläontologe. He was 75 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg Mining University. He worked at Geological Committee and Paleontological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Charles Doolittle Walcott Medal. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
