Biography of Alexander Rubanov

Alexander Rubanov (* 12. September 1936 in Slutsk; † 23. July 2003 in Minsk) was a soviet physicist (1936—2003). He was 66 years old. His education included Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Belarusian State University and Школа № 10 имени С. Ф. Рубанова (Слуцк). He worked at B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics. His awards include USSR State Prize, Byelorussian SSR State Prize and academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He was buried at Eastern Cemetery.
