Biography of Alexander Savchenko

Alexander Savchenko (* 28. August 1956 in Zimovnikovsky District; † 4. October 1993 in Moscow). He was 37 years old. He studied at Ordżonikidzowska Wyższa Dowódcza Uczelnia Wojskowa Czerwonego Sztandaru Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych ZSRR im. S. Kirowa. His awards include Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class and Hero of the Russian Federation. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
