Alexandre Vialatte (* 22. April 1901 in Magnac-Laval; † 3. May 1971 in 7th arrondissement of Paris) was a französischer Schriftsteller, Übersetzer. He was 70 years old. His education included Lycée privé Sainte-Geneviève and Faculté des lettres de Clermont-Ferrand. He worked at Elle, La Montagne, L'Intransigeant and Télé 7 Jours. He was awarded the Charles Veillon prize in the French language. He was buried at Ambert.
