Biography of Alexandru Darie

Alexandru Darie (* 14. June 1959 in Bucharest; † 18. September 2019 in Institutul Clinic Fundeni) was a rumänischer Übersetzer und Bühnenregisseur. He was 60 years old. He studied at I. L. Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film. He worked at Bulandra Theatre, Comedy Theater and Union of European Theatres. His awards include Officer of the National Order of Faithful Service, Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres and Knight of the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity. His cause of death was liver cirrhosis. He was buried at Bellu Cemetery.
