Biography of Alexei Alexandrowitsch Balandin

Alexei Alexandrowitsch Balandin (* 8. December 1898 in Yeniseysk; † 22. May 1967 in Moscow) was a sowjetischer Chemiker. He was 68 years old. His education included Lomonosov Moscow State University and Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Moscow Imperial University. He worked at N.D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry and Lomonosov Moscow State University. He received 6 awards, including Stalin Prize, 2nd degree, Order of Lenin. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
