Biography
Aleksey Batalov (* November 20, 1928 in Vladimir; † June 15, 2017 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian actor, file director and screenwriter. He was 88 years old. He was married to Gitana Leontenko. He had 2 children. He studied at Moscow Art Theatre School. His awards include Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class and Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 3rd class. His cause of death was falling from height. He was buried at Preobrazhenskoye Cemetery.
