Biography of Alicja Helman

Alicja Helman (* 19. May 1935 in Radom; † 24. February 2021 in Torrevieja) was a polish film theoretician, film historian. She was 85 years old. She studied at Institute of Musicology at the University of Warsaw. She worked at Jagiellonian University. Her awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Bolesław Michałek Award.
