Biography of Almar Serebrenykow

Almar Serebrenykow (* 8. December 1932 in Voronezh; † 5. February 1998 in Kyiv) was a soviet and Ukrainian camera operator and documentary filmmaker. He was 65 years old. His education included Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. His awards include Honored Art Worker of the USSR, Excellence in Cinematography of the USSR breastplate and NSV Liidu Teaduste Akadeemia Lomonossovi preemia. He was buried at Baikove Cemetery.
