Andrea Levy (* March 7, 1956 in London; † February 14, 2019) was a jamaican-English author. She was 62 years old. Her education included Middlesex University, City Literary Institute and The Open University. She received 5 awards, including Commonwealth Writers' Prize, Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. Her cause of death was breast cancer. She was buried at Highgate Cemetery.
