Biography of Andrzej Żuławski

Andrzej Żuławski (* 22. November 1940 in Lviv; † 17. February 2016 in Warsaw) was a polish film director. He was 75 years old. He was married to Małgorzata Braunek. He had 3 children. His education included Institut des hautes études cinématographiques and Faculty of Arts of Paris. He received 5 awards, including Commander with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres‎. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at Góra Kalwaria.
