Anthony Caro (* March 8, 1924 in Surrey; † October 23, 2013 in London) was an english abstract sculptor. He was 89 years old. He was married to Sheila Girling. His education included Christ's College, University of Westminster, Royal Academy of Arts, Chelsea College of Art and Design, Charterhouse School and Cyprus College of Art. He received 4 awards, including Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres, Order of Merit. His cause of death was myocardial infarction.
