
Puerto Rican educator (1922–2002)
Antonia Pantoja (* 13. September 1922 in San Juan; † 24. May 2002 in Manhattan) was a puerto Rican educator. She was 79 years old. Her education included Columbia University, Hunter College, City University of New York, Columbia University School of Social Work, Union Institute & University and University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She worked at San Diego State University. She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Her cause of death was cancer.
