Biography
Antonio Tabucchi (* September 24, 1943 in Pisa; †March 25, 2012 in Lisbon) was an italian writer and literary scholar. He was 68 years old. He had 2 children. His education included University of Paris, University of Pisa and Scuola Normale Superiore. He received 8 awards, including Commander of the Order of Prince Henry, Francisco Cerecedo Prize. His cause of death was cancer.
