Biography of Ara Güler

Ara Güler (* 16. August 1928 in Beyoğlu; † 17. October 2018 in Istanbul) was a turkish photographer. He was 90 years old. His education included Getronagan Armenian High School and Istanbul University. He received 5 awards, including Officer of the Legion of Honour, Presidential Culture and Arts Grand Awards. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Şişli Armenian Cemetery.
