Biography of Arie Kooij

Arie Kooij (* 8. June 1888 in The Hague; † 15. February 1959 in The Hague) was a ship captain. He was 70 years old. He worked at Holland America Line. His awards include Cross of Merit and Medal of the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute in silver. He was buried at Nieuw Eykenduynen.
