Biography of Arna Bontemps

Arna Bontemps (* 13. October 1902 in Alexandria; † 4. June 1973 in Nashville) was an uS-amerikanischer Schriftsteller. He was 70 years old. His education included University of Chicago, Pacific Union College and University of California, Los Angeles. He worked at Fisk University. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery.
