Biography of Arnold Fielder Downer

Arnold Fielder Downer (* 4. February 1895 in Alexandra; † 16. July 1984) was a civil engineer, construction contractor, company director. He was 89 years old. He studied at Whanganui City College. He was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
